I am calling them done.  The rest of the fine tuning can be done during paint.

More work on the louver cutouts.

Cowl Fitting Part 17

Started the initial cutouts for the top cowl louvers.

Riveted the nutplates for the lower cowl mounting screws.

Cowl Fitting Part 15

Pre bent the lower cowl center slot cover piece.

Then match drilled it to the cowl.

The cover was rubbing the gear leg so I marked it for trimming.

Then trimmed to the line.

Dimpled the nutplate rivets.

And riveted on the nutplates.
